Does size really matter? No! Not bigger eyes can see better but sharper ones. Therefore, we do not strive to have as many as possible associates or office locations, but see ourselves a a highly specialised niche law firm, which provides excellent legal advice in its special field of practice. We work in close cooperation with further lawyers, tax advisors and accountants. This enables us to work on complex matters with a group of specialists from different fiels of practice.
Our major fields of practice have been Information Technology, telecommunication and media law. With sound technical knowledge, we speak "your language". In addition we are also giving advice on mergers & acquisitions as well as intellectual property, commercial, unfair competition, employment and company law, where we co-operate with other specialised colleagues. Our view of being an attorney is to be providers of services and solutions in a team together with other lawyers and specialists, e.g. management consultants and economists, rather than having a limited view on legal questions. Therefore it is important for us not only to find out what the client's legal position is, but to ask what his business needs are and to produce ideas how these needs can be met by legal strategies. Our DASV network enables us to provide legal counselling for national as well as international projects.

Within the e-business consulting service the IT, telecommunications and media sectors have converged into an unified consulting area. The consulting services are aimed at two target groups: classical providers of e-commerce services (e.g. internet providers, web designers, media agencies) and companies from all other industries selling goods online. For the first group often agreements for • internet access and service, • application service providing • web design and • content management have to be drafted. We attach importance to elaborating individual concepts in a team with your responsible employees and advisors as well as to support the swift carrying out of the transaction.
