Online Consultation Hour

Here you can take part in our online consultation hour. By special request we are online and your "call" will be directly put through to us. If a soundcard with microphone and loudspeaker is installed into your computer, you can phone us in the usual sense. If in addition a webcam is installed, you can have a video conference with us.

It is required that the "skype" software is installed and configured on your computer. You can download it for free from Skype and register for the free of charge service of Skype during the configuration. Your communication with us is encrypted by Skype, so that the transmission via the internet is secured. For further information please read the terms of use and privacy policy of Skype.

If problems occur while the connection is being established, this will usually be related to the proxy and firewall settings of your system, which you should then adjust.
